This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to the website available at HTTPS://WWW.TECHNODA.ORG.IL/ ("Website"), operated by Technoda – Center for Science and Technology Education ("Technoda"). Technoda Hadera is a science center located in Givat Olga, Hadera, where children, teenagers, and adults participate each year in hands-on inquiry activities in science and technology. The center provides practical laboratory experiences, an interactive museum with scientific exhibits, and guidance services adapted to various audiences, including people with special needs.

2. Definitions – In this Privacy Policy:
2.1 "Use of the Website" – Use or attempted use of the Website and/or landing pages and/or any other digital platform of Technoda.
2.2 "User" – Any person using the Website.
2.3 "Use" – Any use or attempted use of the Website, including browsing.
3. By performing any action while using the Website, the User declares that they have read this Privacy Policy, understood its contents, and agreed to be bound by its provisions. The User is aware that use of the Website is also subject to the Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), published on the Website and updated from time to time. 7. Technoda processes, among other things, data regarding the content and information transmitted about the User during use of the Website, and any information and/or data about the User and/or others related to them (whether provided by the User or by others).

8.1 Contact Us – In order to leave details so that Technoda representatives can get back to the User and provide an appropriate response, the User is required to provide details in the online form on the "Contact Us" page, including: full name, phone number, email address, and the subject of the inquiry.
8.2 Job Application – To submit a job application on the "Careers" page, the User will be required to provide details including: full name, phone number, email address, a CV file or any file uploaded by the User, and the message content under "Subject".
8.3 Registration for Courses and Educational Activities – For this purpose, the User will be required to provide details including: full name, school, ID number, date of birth, gender (male/female), residential address and phone number, for registration management, communication with participants, and providing information about the activities.
8.4 Ticket Purchase – During the purchase process on the Website, you will be required to provide personal information including, among other things, first name/institution, last name, ID number, email address, and phone number, as well as any additional detail marked as a mandatory field. The purpose of collecting this information is to enable Technoda to process your order and provide you with the purchase details.
After completing your personal details, you will be redirected to a secure payment page and asked to complete your payment details in order to finalize the purchase. Technoda applies a policy of not storing payment instrument details in its systems (except for the last four digits of the credit card), and payment processing is performed through external payment processing service providers that maintain information security in accordance with their own privacy policies.
9. Technoda also collects personal information that is not provided directly by the User, for example: device and usage information, IP address, usage analytics, crash and error reports, browser and device characteristics, operating system functionality information, language preferences, URLs, location, information about how and when the User uses the Website and their internet activity before and after such use, content preferences, other technical information and/or data that may not necessarily be related to them. The User is aware that Technoda may provide third parties with statistical information about User activity. Statistical information provided will not personally identify the User.
