The Ella and Uzia Galil Science Park

How does sound travel over long distances? How can the sun’s rays propel boats or spray jets of water? How is water heated in a solar-powered water heater?

Find out the answers yourselves by experimenting in the outdoor lab of the Science Park, which stretches over four dunams and includes several different facilities.

Explore exhibits run by solar energy, heat energy and wind energy at the Energy Complex.

Learn basic principles of physics and music by playing with the giant musical instruments at the Sound Complex.

Visit the Aviation Complex and admire the Phantom fighter jet, the Arrow anti-ballistic missile, the Defender helicopter, and the advanced drone on display, which demonstrate the amazing progress and development in military and civil aviation.

The Science Park is open to organized tour groups throughout the year and to the general public in the framework of events held during school vacations and holidays.
